The PREMUFLO^tm emu fat processing system is the culmination of over 12 years of intensive research on how to properly process this complex and very primitive fat into an oil that is not only completely safe but from which the beneficial healing and anti-inflammatory compounds have NOT been stripped.

The PREMUFLO^tmadvanced technology high yield process preserves the anti-inflammatory and healing compounds that exist in high quality fat. This non destructive process does not create unnatural trans fats or other unsafe or unnatural molecular structures. No solvent extraction of any kind is used in the PREMUFLO^tmprocess. All processing is done at temperatures that are not destructive and in an inert atmosphere in the total absence of light, oxygen and reactive materials such as ordinary steel, copper, brass, aluminum etc. Both the processing and equipment materials are in accordance with applicable federal standards for edible grades of oil. Depending on fat quality, the yield can be up to 95%.
